Srini has over 25 years of consulting experience across multiple industries and functions. He has worked across the entire Tech ecosystem, from semiconductor equipment manufacturers to semiconductor device manufacturers, enterprise and consumer hardware companies, and software companies. He has worked with more than 35 TMT companies. Srini has worked with US, European, and Japanese automotive OEMs and tier 1 through 3 suppliers.
Srini has achieved native functional fluency in Strategy, Supply Chain & Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
His strategy experience spans competitive strategy for differentiation, market entry, growth, and geopolitical positioning.Â
His supply chain experience spans all domains, including product development, planning, sourcing, order management, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and service operations. His M&A experience spans commercial and operational diligence, integrations, divestitures and separations.
Before founding CASETEAM, Srini was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting.
He has a master’s in engineering from Bangalore University, an MBA from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University, and graduate computer science credits from Wayne State University. He is a frequent guest lecturer for MBA classes at The Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.
