Srini has over 25 years of consulting experience across multiple industries and functions. He has worked across the entire Tech ecosystem, from semiconductor equipment manufacturers to semiconductor device manufacturers, enterprise and consumer hardware companies, and software companies. He has worked with more than 35 TMT companies. Srini has worked with US, European, and Japanese OEMs and tier 1 through 3 suppliers during his automotive days.
Srini is functionally bilingual in supply chain and operations, and mergers & acquisitions. His supply chain experience spans all domains, including product development, planning, sourcing, order management, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and service operations.
His M&A experience spans commercial and operational diligence, integrations, divestitures and separations.
Before founding CaseTeam, Srini was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting.
He has a master’s in engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University. He is a frequent guest lecturer for MBA classes at The Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.
