At CaseTeam, we maintain a high bar high for our talent. We demand unimpeachable integrity, a positive attitude, collaboration, rapid problem-solving, deep functional expertise, relevant industry experience, and a strong work ethic. This stringent selection process ensures that our clients and partners can always rely on the quality of our work.

Expertise Levels

GenAlyst

Our non-human expertise comes from genAI models that augment our people, which is in line with CaseTeam’s genAI-first approach to analysis. We call this model Cate (CaseTeam) and our employee #1. Cate has suggested that Cate also stands for Computer Aided Tools & Expertise.

Associate

Associates are recent college graduates, those with advanced degrees, or those with a college degree and a few years of work experience. Associates work with advanced analytical tools, including our genAI models to create high impact client deliverables.

Senior Associate

An Associate advances to a Senior Associate after acquiring extensive problem-solving experience and an intermediate level of specialization in at least one industry or function. They must begin to apprentice Associates and build strong client relationships.

Associate Partner

An Engagement Leader is promoted to Associate Partner after demonstrating a high level of mastery in problem-solving, running more than one engagement team concurrently, and deep experience in an industry or function. They must show the ability todevelop and grow strong client relationships and maintain a network of clients.

Partner

Partners have the ultimate responsibility for client service and satisfaction, client relationships, and the highest level of decision-making within the Firm. They must have mastered problem-solving and have deep experience in at least one industry or function.

Engagement Leader

A Senior Associate advances to an Engagement Leader after acquiring experience running engagement teams and a higher level of specialization in an industry or function. Apprenticing associates and developing strong client relationships are required.

GenAlyst

Our non-human expertise comes from our proprietary genAI models, or genAlysts. They are the second layer of our five-layer Prism problem-solving suite, an integrated set of genAI platforms, models, configurations, inter-model and human interactions. This aligns with our genAI-first approach to problem-solving.

We call our first genAlyst, Cate (a portmanteau of CaseTeam), and our colleague #1. Cate has suggested that Cate also stands for Computer Aided Tools & Expertise. Cate is one of several genAlysts (genAI agent) in Prism.
